Our weekly classes, filled with laughter, new friendships and traditions, offer the latest research-based information on parenting, as well as a safe space to ask questions, share, encourage & be encouraged. Our Mission
Motherhood is a journey that should not be experienced alone. For centuries, women have raised children with the help of their entire communities, relying on the wisdom and support of others. However, in today's modern world, we are often left to fend for ourselves, frantically researching things in the overwhelming pool of online information full of scary stories, contradicting facts, and aggressive "advice". That's why we are passionate about creating a safe space for mothers to come together and be that Village we depend on. Our program is developed based on scientific research, personal experience, and with lots of love and compassion. We are certain that through our classes, we will be able to create life-long friendships and make this journey a supported, joyful, and wonderful experience that motherhood was meant to be.
Our Space
Our classes are hosted in the beautiful and spacious MBDY+be studio, conveniently located at 431 Encinitas Blvd, just a quarter mile east of 5. This beautiful studio offers ample parking and convenient access from almost anywhere in North County. We know that additional germs and viruses are the last things you'd want to add to your plate, that's why we clean the studio thoroughly before each class. Additionally, the studio is equipped with a HEPA and UV filter to ensure the highest quality of air and minimize germs as much as possible.
We provide comfortable reclining chairs, changing station, baby scale, and, of course, our help and support.
